After six straight loses, executives decided to implement some new business plans, a change management model has been implemented.

Head coach Bob Hartley has lost his job, which no doubtedly was due to such a horrible beginning. General Manager Don Waddell will be acting Head coach for the next several games until they can sort out this sudden shift.

Such as abrupt change in management cannot be good for the team, but with such a horrible track record this year, they cannot sink any lower.

The question remains, can their general manager assist the team during their next game in the Philips Arena? Can they locate a new coach that can turn things around right in the middle of the season?

The future is up in the air, but once you hit rock bottom there only remains one direction to go!
