Kevin Federline is reportedly demanding millions from Britney Spears despite the prenuptial agreement the couple signed before the wedding.

The aspiring rapper (whose tickets were once given away for free because of slow sales) also wants full custody of children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

"He wants to fight Britney every step of the way," the source close to K-Fed says.

Kevin Federline, who is accustomed to lavish lifestyle, is currently set to get at least 4 million under the terms of the original agreement - but most likely he will want more than that. Keving also hopes to score half of the pair's 9-million dollar estate in Malibu.

 

According to an prenup agreement details published by US weekly in 2005, K-Fed won't be getting much after the divorce. The mansion in question will be divided 50/50 and any expensive gift worth more than $100,000 is to be returned to its respectful owner.

What may comfort K-Fed a little is a spousal support he will be getting from Britney - $30,000 a month during one year, which is half the duration of their marriage.
