Country singer Sara Evans filed a divorce complaint alleging husband Craig Schelske of transferring $274,000 from their joint accounts to his own bank account. Oregon bank account held in his name only.

Sara Evans says that the money were transferred same day she initially filed for divorce.

Sara Evans' original divorce complaint accused Schelske of committing adultery with the children's former nanny, verbally abusing Evans, storing photos of himself having sex with other women, as well as 100 nude photos of himself, and frequently watching pornography in their home.

"He took the money out of their marital accounts and put it in his separate account, which is in violation of the statutory restraining orders," says Sara Evans' attorney.

Sara Evans and Craig Schelske got married in 1993. They have three children.

Sara Evans, 35, was a contestant on the ABC show "Dancing With the Stars." She withdrew from the show earlier this week after the divorce situation became more complicated.
